So many leaders are isolated, busy and stressed. They spend their lives wrestling with the urgent and important task before them. Very few have next-level leaders in place to help carry the heavy load. In Bradford, the struggle is multiplied by an often overwhelming spirt of negativity so ….

… Outworks helped to develop and equip strong, resilient, visionary leaders within the urban context who stay the course and find joy in serving the poor and marginalised. It ran from 2014 to 2021.
